Join us for a 6-week virtual book study AND course. I am an IDI Qualified Administrator, Certified DEI coach, and educational consultant. I have worked as a K12 educator, youth facilitator, and youth mentor for over 15 years. As a current student in the Culture and Teaching PhD Program (UMN), I am committed to fostering a space of safety and support to experience personal development and intellectual rigor. (This course is not available for CEU or credit hours.)

**Thursdays, June 3 – July 8, 8 – 9 PM CST: Culturally Responsive Teaching and the Brain by Dr. Zaretta Hammond

**Tuesdays, July 6 – Aug 17, 8 – 9 PM CST (no meeting on July 13): Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates

**Youth Saturdays, June 5 – July 10, 9:15 – 10 AM CST: Stamped the Remix Young Adult Edition by Jason Reynolds and Dr. Ibram Kendi (This course option is only for youth entering grades 8 – 12.)
